Fuse volunteer role
A Volunteer Youth Worker is the main volunteer role within Fuse. This position involves:

Assisting in the Junior and Senior drop in sessions
-
Building a good relationship with the young people and being a good listener
-
Facilitating and participating in games and activities with the young people
-
Helping staff with the set-up and clean-up of various programmes/activities
-
Commitment to attend team meetings, training opportunities and individual support and supervision

Principles
